Everything on this site — the art, the photos of the art, the words — is © Gracie Holm, all rights reserved. You may not reproduce, redistribute, print, or use the artwork (including for AI training) without written permission. Sharing a link, or a screenshot that credits @gracieincolordesigns, is always welcome.
Buying a piece doesn't buy the copyright
When you buy a print, sticker, shirt, mug, or an original painting, you own that physical item — display it, gift it, enjoy it. The design stays © Gracie Holm, which means no reproducing it, selling copies of it, or using it commercially. The same applies to custom pieces unless we agree otherwise in writing: you get the physical work, and Gracie keeps the right to share and reproduce the design (your custom piece may appear in the gallery or on social media, for example).
Orders, refunds & customs
- Payment and checkout are handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
- Full refund any time before your order is printed or shipped — just email.
- Custom pieces include one round of tweaks at the preview stage, and are non-refundable after you approve the preview.
- Originals are one-of-a-kind and sold once; if a technical error ever double-sells one, the second order is refunded in full right away.
- Custom requests may be declined — including ideas involving someone else's characters or trademarks.
The usual fine print
The site is provided as-is; colors on your screen may differ slightly from the physical piece (that's ink and paper being ink and paper). Liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
